We do not sell your personal information

MedRoute Logistics LLC does not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not engage in those activities, there is nothing for you to opt out of — but you still have the rights described below.

Rights you may have

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access a copy, to correct inaccurate information, to delete information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

These rights come from laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and comparable state privacy laws. New York's SHIELD Act imposes data security obligations on us regardless of where you live.

How to submit a request

Email hello@gomedroute.com with the right you want to exercise and enough information for us to find your records. You may use an authorized agent, though we may ask for proof of authorization.

We will verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by confirming details already on file with your account. We aim to respond within 45 days.

Appeals

If we decline a request, we will tell you why. You may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will review it and respond in writing.
